Saharienne – Elodie in Paris

Cette année, je n’ai pas acheté grand chose en soldes, juste quelques pièces coup de cœur, dont cette veste saharienne en lin dénichée à -50% chez H&M. Je sais que c’est le genre de pièces que je porterais pendant plusieurs années, tant elle est indémodable ! Je la porte avec une jolie combi imprimée Tex, dans une ambiance très tropicale. Je compte les jours avant mon départ pour le désert espagnol, j’ai hâte ! Cette semaine s’annonce plutôt calme, ça sent les vacances ! Vous partez, vous? :) Bonne semaine <3

This year, I didn’t buy much clothes on sales, only a few ones that I loved a lot, this linen saharienne jacket for example is one of them. I found it at H&M, I bought it because it’s the kind of pieces that I know I’ll wear for years, it’s timeless ! I’m wearing it with a printed jumpsuit from Tex, in a tropical mood. I’m counting the days before going to the spanish desert, I can’t wait ! This is not a busy week for me, sounds like holidays right? Are you on holiday? Have a nice week <3

White & Tropical – Elodie in Paris

Hello ! Encore un look que j’avais hâte de vous présenter ici, surtout que le pantalon vous a beaucoup plu ! Je porte une veste en jean blanche Karine Lecchi, une pièce intemporelle originale avec ses manches chauve-souris, qui lui donnent un côté chic et couture. La marque regorge de pièces minimalistes avec un soucis du détail pour la prochaine collection hiver, j’ai hâte de vous présenter tout ça, mais ça viendra bien plus tard car l’heure est encore aux shorts et aux maillots, laissons encore les pulls quelques semaines au placard. Très pratique, elle peut se porter avec une robe ou un ensemble top/pantalon, au printemps ou en été pour les petites fraîcheurs du bord de mer. Je porte un ensemble Eleven Paris, avec un débardeur noir basique et un pantalon imprimé tropical (inutile d’en faire trop lorsqu’il y a des imprimés), ultra confortable, il se marie à merveille avec mes lunettes miroir vertes New Look. J’aime beaucoup mettre en avant certains créateurs lorsque j’ai des coups de cœur et Karine Lecchi en fait parti, j’avais découvert la marque il y a quelques temps sur L’Habibliothèque et ça avait été l’amour fou. Hello ! Here is an other outfit that I could’nt wait to share with you, and I know you liked the tropical pants a lot ! I’m wearing a white jean jacket from Karine Lecchi, a designer in Paris that creates timeless pieces but original like this one with bat sleeves. It gives the jacket a chic and couture style that I like a lot. You can find some amazing minimalist pieces in the next winter collection, I can’t wait to show you this but only in a few week, that time of the wear is still for shorts and bikinis. I can wear this jacket with a dress or a set of top/pants, during spring or summer, I’m wearing it here with a top and printed pants from Eleven Paris. The pants is so comfy, I feel like I’m in my pyjamas and it matches my New Look mirror sunglasses very well. Let me know what you think about this outfit ! xx

French Riviera – Elodie in Paris

J’espère que vous avez passé un bon week end. Avec les 34°C de vendredi, j’ai décidé d’aller bronzer au parc Javel André-Citroën à deux pas de chez moi. J’ai enfilé mon maillot Albertine tropical pour l’occasion (et oui, quand on ne quitte pas Paris pour la plage, on fait comme on peut pour sortir ses jolis maillots) déniché sur La Nouvelle Vague. Pièce forte à lui seul, je l’ai associé à un short basic H&M blanc, ma visière (pour éviter l’insolation), mes lunettes miroir ZeroUV et mes sandales Zara. Un look parfait pour les jours de grosse chaleur et pour ceux qui souhaitent porter leurs maillots ailleurs que sur la plage. Pour le bronzage, c’est un peu raté mais je trouve que ce look fait très French Riviera vous ne trouvez pas? xx

I hope you all had a nice week end. It was really hot Friday in Paris, I decided to go sunbathing in the park next to my place. I was wearing my tropical Albertine swimsuit for the occasion (when you don’t go to the beach, you wear your fav swimsuits in the city) found at La Nouvelle Vague website. I decided to wear it with a white basic shorts from H&M, a white cap, mirror sunglasses from ZeroUV and my Zara’s flip-flops. A perfect outfit to wear when the weather is really really hot and for people who want to wear their swimsuit in the city. This look reminds me the French Riviera, don’t you think? xx
